About Me

Prior to starting my private practice in 2021, I worked as the Assistant Clinical Director at Montenido, an eating disorder treatment center in Manhattan. My postdoctoral fellowship training was with the National Alliance for Eating Disorders Awareness. I earned a PsyD from William James College, and my BA from Boston University. I have also received specialized training in cognitive processing therapy (CPT) for PTSD and behavioral approaches for chronic pain. I practice from a trauma-informed and social justice oriented framework that is LGBTQIA+ affirming. I specialize in applying Cognitive-Behavior Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and therapies focused on self-compassion and mindfulness. I am intensively trained in the treatment of eating disorders with an anti-diet and Health at Every Size (HAES)® lens. I offer a safe, supportive space for clients to learn the tools to move beyond surviving and into thriving. I believe therapy works within a warm, safe, non-judgmental, and collaborative space and am dedicated to creating this space, and utilizing it as the foundation of our work together.
