Introduction

Hi, I’m Liz! I believe that people, at any given moment, are functioning as well as they can given the resources and knowledge they have at that moment. I provide individual therapy for adults that is informed by methods that have been researched and proven to work. My areas of expertise include body image issues, eating disorders, anxiety + related disorders, ADHD, and trauma recovery. I also work with issues related to dating and relationships, self-esteem, and phobias. My goal is to help you build the kind of life you are looking for, in line with both your goals and values, by approaching therapy scientifically, holistically, and compassionately. 
 
I am licensed to see clients who reside in NY and NJ. At this time, I am conducting telehealth sessions only.

Consultation call

15 minutes | Free

A complimentary call for us to discuss your goals. Contact here to schedule.

Initial intake session

55 minutes | $240

The first session allows us to meet and get to know each other. I’ll ask lots of questions about your psychological, social, and biological history to be able to individualize your treatment. We’ll also explore what areas of your life you are looking to work on and discuss how to best support you.

Individual psychotherapy

45-50 minutes | $200

Each follow-up session is tailored to meet you wherever you’re at in your journey – your goals, level of readiness, and specific concerns and needs. Therapy is an unfolding process, and we will check-in periodically around how things are feeling and whether we are moving in the direction that is right for you.
